This 2 speed gearbox uses dog type clutches to engage gear sets . I plan on using this for a drive train for an electric bike . Having multiple gear ratios will allow a smaller more efficient motor to move more weight effectively . I am currently working on a prototype and will post a video when I can .
Small internal gear pump chosen for efficiency and pressure potential 1L/m
Another small pump I put head to head with the internal gear pump 2L/m
Its cold outside , so I have been working on this little gem, this is my rugged case that fits a Tbeam LoRa comunicator v1.1
I wasn't satisfied with the available cases for the lack of dust and water resistance . my case has a dust cover for the usb port and recessed membran
The other issue I had with availible cases , is the lack of antenna support, so I used the flexible gasket to clamp onto the antenna supporting .
my first aluminum casting attmept.

my finished burner, needs some shorter bolts but it works pretty good.
My friend one day sent me some pictures asking me to make this up for her, It turns out that its one of those things you didn't know you needed. I have a few prototypes given to my friend to test and show to her employer. Once I hear back about my prototypes I plan on printing a whole role or more of clips and will have them up for sale ,over and above any specific orders.
Early Feb 2021 I was surfing around and found , the amr 500 supercharger. It was the cheapest unit I have come across , and have yet to find. However it was too small for any cars I have , and to big for any of my toys . So I got to thinking maybe Ill print one .
At the current the supercharger has been build , and tested . Frankly it has failed the test , so I redesigned a most of it and now I'm in the process of printing the new parts , witch will likely involve some carbon fiber impregnated rotors .
I have long term plans of attempting to use a 3d printed supercharger on a car at one point in the future, but for now the goal is supercharge a small engine ,maybe finish a drag minibike I started years ago .

This is wear my robot currently stands . I have the lift system mostly finished, as well as the battery holders. I ended up scraping the worm gear drives for a hybrid planetary, harmonic gearbox of my own design. This requires 775 motors and different motor mounting hardware.
I have worked a bit on the lawn mower attachment and really come up with nothing useful .
As my interest in the wains I have decided to move to other interests currently and when more parts show up ( slow shipping on cheap parts) I will get back to working on it.
This is a project that's slowly coming together . it uses 4 gearboxes I designed previously.,4 piece 540 motors , the linear actuator for the implements lift on the front, as well as some other features I have yet to sort out.
I have a few different implements in mind over and above the snowblower I created . Including a lawn mower , sweeper ,salter sander ,and a weed picker. The idea is to be able to do remote yard maintenance and possible autonomous yard work in the future.
My lights in this line are powered by just one AA battery, but have a life over 37 hours. ( tested)
Straight model : simple flashlight with lanyard hoop on the bottom.
90 model : simple flashlight in a more ergonomic package, with a magnetic base , and pocket clip. (Modeled after old school military lights)
both models are currently 3d printed in petg and coated, and available to order locally for in person pick up
online store sales available soon.
custom color option available
Update , feb 27 2022 the cnc is currently in a working state and being used to help with other projects
I am almost done this project , just waiting for a thrust bearing and ill have the cnc mill up and running.
Update: 2021-04-25 After experimenting with the mill I have come to the conclusion that the machine has too much backlash and it not built to a standard that would make a CNC viable.
Slack , poor build quality , and the round column makes things difficult .
I will likely return to this project after I figure out how to make the x,and y axis movement a lot better. I may use the grbl controller to run a larger 3d printer that I have in mind switching to a Arduino mega .
I needed a linear actuator for a project of mine, and thinking about how useful they can be I figured I should make some .
This is just a working prototype currently using 3d printer and rc parts currently. It currently has a 540 motor mounted to it but I was playing with a gearbox motor that's much stronger but a lot slower, witch may be useful in different applications .
I will probably make a you tube video of the working product when I get the kinks worked out.
I have future plans to add a potentiometer and a controller and have it act like a servo.
I have been working on a few projects lately , and i couldn't find any gearboxes that fit 540 rc motors easily, or relatively inexpensively. So i have drawn this up , it is currently in the prototyping phase but I'm giving the stl files away for free to anyone who wants to make one similar.
This particular gearbox is going to be matched with 3 others , one the same direction, and 2 the other direction, to drive wheels individually. I have other plans to use it with a high drive track system down the road . I'm sure it could be useful in many applications.
In current form the large shaft was machined from one piece . 8mm shaft dia, 10mm D shaft for the follower gear. the worm gear runs on a 4mm shaft . the output runs on 2 608rs bearings ,and the input shaft runs on MR84zz bearings. The output shaft may be reversed in direction to exit out the mounting side of the box. I prefer the machined shaft but will make a gear design that work with a strait 8mm shaft for ease of production.
